Angioletti Mela Rossa gets its name from the red apples (Mela Rossa) which are used in the blend. This sparkling medium-dry cider is made from 100% Italian apple juice (no concentrate). Our company created and launched the Angioletti brand back in 2016, and Angioletti Mela Rossa is normally only sold in the restaurant sector, but we have made it available exclusively for our local customers! All Angioletti ciders are made using ‘charmat-method’ fermentation, the same as used to make Prosecco, giving them a refined, natural sparkle. Our ciders contain no artificial colourings or flavourings, are vegan-friendly, and of course gluten-free.
