Currently, we only deliver to Marlow (postcode area SL7), Henley-on-Thames (postcode area RG9), Cookham (postcode area SL6 9) and Bourne End (postcode area SL8). Deliveries cannot currently be made outside these areas. If you live nearby but outside these areas, please contact us as we may sometimes be able to make an exception.
Unfortunately, we do not offer nationwide delivery via courier.
Deliveries can only be made to address of registered card-holder.
Current details of delivery times will be posted on our website, and we will endeavour to meet stated delivery times. We normally deliver ourselves from our local warehouse, so we can be more flexible than most national delivery companies.
We will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your order and confirm date and approximate time of delivery.
Please use “Additional information” section of Checkout to advise us of any special delivery arrangements – for example: preferred delivery day / time window, somewhere safe to leave delivery, entrance code to a block of flats, etc.
Please ensure you provide us with a valid telephone number as this will help in the event of any queries we may have.
Deliveries will usually be made by us, but may occasionally be made by a third party carrier.
We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy, so if you, as recipient of delivery, are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to prove that you are aged over 18. We will only accept the following forms of identification: a valid UK photo driving licence, a valid National Passport or National ID card, or a Government Sponsored PASScard.
It is against the law for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy intoxicating liquor or for any person over the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating liquor for any person under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you and the recipient of the wine are at least 18 years old.
